A rythe, or rithe, is a small stream,<ref>Merriam-Webster</ref> or a creek or inlet from a salt water harbour.<ref>Wilsons Boatyard on Mengham Rythe</ref> The term is in common usage in the South of England.
Examples include:

- Mengham Rythe, Hayling Island, Hampshire
