Six Run Creek is a tributary of the Black River, that is Template:Convert long,<ref name="geoviewer"/> located in Sampson County, North Carolina.

It rises in northeastern Sampson County, approximately Template:Convert north of Clinton and flows generally south. In southern Sampson County, approximately Template:Convert south of Clinton, it joins Great Coharie Creek to form the Black River.
