Skolwin

As of January 2011, it had a population of 3,265.<ref>Template:Cite web</ref>
In Skolwin, there is a power line crossing of the Odra river, which is part of 220 kV powerline Police-Morzyczyn.
History
The area became part of the Duchy of Poland under its first ruler Mieszko I around 967,<ref>Template:Cite web</ref><ref>Template:Cite magazine</ref> and following Poland's fragmentation in 1138 it formed part of the Duchy of Pomerania. As the region became German-speaking in the wake of Medieval Ostsiedlung, the village became known as Scholwin. During the Thirty Years' War, the settlement fell to the Swedish Empire. Later on, it passed to Prussia, and from 1871 to 1945 it was part of Germany. The settlement was briefly, under Nazi rule, termed Stettin-Odermünde.
