The 2020 United States census reported that Valley Ranch had a population of 128. The population density was Template:Convert. The racial makeup of Valley Ranch was 123 (96.1%) White, 2 (1.6%) Native American, 2 (1.6%) Asian, and 1 (0.8%) from two or more races.
